Do you provide free estimates?

Are you insured and certified?
Yes. McCarty Squared Inc. is fully insured, RenoMark certified, a member of the London Home Builders Association (LHBA), and a London Chamber of Commerce member.
Do you work on commercial projects?
Yes. In addition to residential renovations, we take on commercial renovation projects. Contact us to discuss your commercial space requirements.
What is the RenoMark certification?
RenoMark is a national program run by the Canadian Home Builders' Association that certifies professional renovators who adhere to a strict code of ethics, carry proper insurance, and provide written contracts. It's your assurance of a professional renovation experience.
Do you handle all permits?
Yes. We manage all necessary building permits, inspections, and compliance requirements for your renovation, so you don't have to navigate the process alone.
How do you handle heritage home renovations?
We have specific experience working in London's heritage neighbourhoods. We use period-appropriate materials and techniques while carefully integrating modern systems to preserve the character of older homes.
